Are we smoke-Free?
Yes, we are proudly smoke-free. Smoking, which includes vaping, is not allowed in the apartments or on the grounds.
Are we pet-friendly?
Yes. Pets must be under 50 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move-in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets is allowed.
How many people can live in the apartment?
Two per bedroom and one per living area.

what utilities do I pay?
Residents Electric through Riverside Public Utilities. Water & Gas is billed with the monthly rent through the property.

We have covered and open parking spaces. We also have EV Charging Stations.
